Reporting to the COO, to be considered an ideal match for this Internal Recruiter and Headhunter job, we need your profile to represent:

  • >3 years specialist hiring ideally internally, for a small to medium size organisation, former start-up which scaled
  • Must include hands on specialist and senior candidates in marketing, digital, eCommerce or technology jobs (there are also operations, customer service and educational trainers and coaches to hire)
  • Examples of direct sourcing 20-30 hires within 12 months
  • Clear examples of a multi channel, blended approach to talent acquisition
    • Search, Networking & Headhunting
    • LinkedIn
    • Social Media
    • Specialist job boards, advert writing and publishing
    • Creating job role profiles
    • Industry Events & In-house events
    • Creating talent pools and relationship building, with an ATS / CRM
    • HR, legal, risk & compliance of hiring with diversity in mind
    • Must live in the Austin area and know the local candidate marketplace well
    • Ideally worked from home or a remote manager previously with distributed people
    • Tech / Digitally Savvy
    • You know about digital marketing automation, segmentation, and communications
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in all mediums
    • Self confident and ambitious you suggest solutions to problems and exceed expectations while being careful accurately manage stakeholder relationships

In addition to base compensation there will be a package that includes bonus per successful direct hire and coaching content similar to the programmes that Ask Method Company provide to their Mastermind clients and access to the BluZinc CEO for hiring coaching.
