Remote USA Job Opening: CMO / VP Growth Marketing

Location: Remote based anywhere USA or near Austin, TX or Los Angeles

Think mastermind online training, live events and boot camps for business growth, acquiring customer from integrated sales and digital marketing including direct response, advertising and partners. 

Our Client (The Employer)

  • Online Training, Business Education, Coaching Company – clients are entrepreneur small business owners, start ups and rapidly growing businesses who are taught how to design and create their own online training courses
  • Innovative, sticky, addictive strategies and tactics to have learners hooked and rapidly completely courses with maximum learning and excellent results!
  • You need to be experienced in direct response online sales funnels with Paid Media / SEM, Social (Facebook & Google Ads etc), Video, Email CRM, Affiliate Partnerships to drive qualified client prospects in to Webinars, with Strong Conversion to Sales from online product launches
  • eg $1MM-$10MM+ results from past startup / small business owner, B2B acquisition campaign / launches able to mentor, lead, coach and manage the inhouse high performing team within marketing and collaborate with operations and technology
  • Previous experience of growth strategy and tactics where you achieved exponential growth eg within or beyond the range of  $8MM to $25MM+ over a 2-5 years period

With your team of 5+ marketing professionals and outside agencies, freelancers, partners and affiliates you will be repsonsible for the B2B acquisition marketing of new client students into the training programs with a focus on top of funnel demand generation and new sales growth year on year.
